Products

Are all the Body Butter Formula’s the same?

Yes! All of our body butters follow the same formula. All our products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Color and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch.

My body butter came a little melted, can I still use it?

This is perfectly normal especially during the warmer months of the year. We recommend placing your butter in the fridge or a cool area until butters solidify again. If you still require further assistance, please reach out to us at connect@buttazandwax.com .

I think I received the wrong product?

We are so sorry to hear this. Contact us at connect@buttazandwax.com and we will be sure to get you the correct products that you ordered.

 

Pricing

I noticed a difference in pricing, can you explain why?

Throughout the duration of the pandemic, supplies have gone up drastically in price. As a small business, this has made it increasingly more difficult to obtain our usual products and we have had to change to alternate suppliers. We have incurred the rising prices for as long as we could but now have to increase prices to continue to deliver the wonderful products you know and love.

 

Shipping

Will Covid-19 affect my shipping?

Delivery services have been significantly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Delivery services have experienced delays and disruptions as a result. Please note that while we cannot guarantee delivery times your package will be shipped in the time frame listed on our shipping, returns, and exchanges page. Be sure to check your email with the attached tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

 

Can I edit my shipping address?

To make any changes to your shipping address please visit our contact page or email us directly at connect@buttazandwax.com. Please include your order number and new address. We will try our best to process your request! If you have received a tracking email, unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. If this is the case, please reach out to USPS directly to intercept the package and update your delivery information.

 

What if my package gets returned?

If your package is “returned to sender” we will be in touch to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm the correct address and pay again for shipping. Please keep in mind that this may be more expensive than your original payment.

 

I haven’t received my tracking email, where is it?

If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at connect@buttazandwax.com and we will send that information directly to the email address listed.

 

My order status says delivered but I do not have my order, can I get a refund?

If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it (ie: lost package), we are not able to honor a refund, please contact your local mail carrier.

 

Order Modifications

What if I need to modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been shipped. To ensure you get the correct products please review your cart carefully before purchasing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

I got my body butter, but I want a different scent, can I return my product?

No, unfortunately per our health guidelines once your product has been shipped, we cannot accept any returns of products. If you are not happy with a particular scent, we would love it if you gifted it to someone else and purchase a new scent.

 

Limitations

Is there an order limit per product?

We have an order limit of 4 per individual item, orders that exceed this will not be accepted.
